Delivery & Returns

Self-Collection

  • Please collect your order from The Petalier's studio located in Melbourne CBD after your payment has been verified.

  • The Petalier is open from 9am-5pm on weekdays and 9am-12pm on weekends for collection.

  • Please notify us 24 hours in advance regarding changes to your collection time.

Local Deliveries

  • Prices are shown in AUD.

  • Daily deliveries are available between 9am-5pm everyday.

  • We deliver to all suburbs within a 20km radius from Melbourne CBD.

Delivery Charges & Timing

  • Prices are shown in AUD.

  • All delivery fees are calculated based on the postcode your order is being delivered to.

  • An additional $5 fallback delivery fee applies for all delivery addresses that fall outside the suburb specified.

Undeliverable Items

  • All undeliverable items will be sent back to The Petalier's studio where the customer will be liable for any additional charges in relation to returning, storing or disposing the undeliverable items.

  • For all orders, we seek your understanding that for any redelivery request, there will be an additional charges up to $45 (depending where the redelivering suburb is within Melbourne).

  • The Petalier is not responsible if your order goes missing once placed in a safe place.

  • As flowers are very delicate and perishable it is advised that recipients collect their order as soon as they are notified regarding the delivery.

Products are considered undeliverable when:

  • The recipient is not home or unavailable to receive their delivery.

  • There is no where safe to leave the delivery.

  • The recipient's address provided is incorrect/incomplete and cannot be located.

Incorrect & Incomplete Addresses

  • When placing an order please ensure all details provided are correct and accurate.

  • If an incorrect delivery address has been provided and the delivery has been made, we do not take responsibility for these errors.

  • If we are unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect/incomplete address, you will be notified via your contact email/mobile number provided. We can then arrange for your order to be redelivered. Additional delivery fees and product replacement fees apply for flowers that need to be replenished.

Change of Order Address

  • If you need to change or ammend the delivery address for your order, you must notify us in writing 24 hours before your scheduled delivery.

  • If you fail to notify us the day prior, and simply notify us the day of your scheduled delivery, we will make every attempt to accomodate this change. However we cannot guarantee delivery to the new address. Should our delivery driver need to reroute to somewhere else, an additional fee will be charged.

Refund, Exchange & Cancellations

  • We are unable to offer a refund for deliveries if you have provided us with an incorrect delivery address. The customer holds all responsibilities to provide us with the correct delivery information and instructions.

  • We do not accept any cancellations or changes to orders after the payment has been verified.

  • If you would like to postpone your order, please contact us at least 3 days in advance of the original delivery date. You can contact us directly by emailing hello@thepetalier.com.

  • If you are unsatisfied with you order please contact us within 24 hours with photo evidence and we will assist you from there.

  • We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect choices when ordering.

  • The Petalier reserves the right to refund, exchange or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
